في هذه الدراسة جمعت 250 عينة إدرار من أشخاص مصابين بالتهاب المجاري البولية خلال الفترة من تشرين الاول 2011 إلى كانون الأول 2012 من المستشفيات الرئيسة في مدينة النجف, فحصت العينات لتحري عن البكتريا Proteus mirabilis تم اعتبار النمو الذي هو 105 ≤ وحدة مكونة لمستعمرات لكل مل من الإدرار معيار الـبيلا البكتريا تم تحديد 108 (51.4%) بيلا بكترية ,وقد أظهرت هذه الدراسة مستوى مرتفع لحدوث التهاب المجاري البولية في النساء(75.9%) أكثر من الرجال (24.1%), فأظهرت العزلات Proteus mirabilis 52 (26.3%) بينما أظهرت بقية العزالات .146 (73.7%) اختبرت بكتريا Proteus mirabilis حساسيتها اتجاه 11 نوع من المضادات الحيوية بطريقة انتشار الاقراص لـ كيربي- بور وكانت جميع العزلات مقاومة على الأقل لخمسة من المضادات الحيوية أي أنها أظهرت نمط المقاومة المتعددة للمضادات الحيوية, وأعطت 39 عزلة من بكتريا Proteus mirabilis فحص موجب لإنزيم البتالاكتاميز باستخدام طريقة اليود القياسية السريعة اختبرت بكتريا Proteus mirabilisلمعرفة قابليتها على إنتاج البيتالاكتاميز واسعة الطيف والبيتالاكتاميز المعدنية وأظهرت النتائج إن 18 عزلة بكترية وبنسبة 34.6% كانت منتجة لبيتالاكتاميز واسعة الطيف

Clinical manifestations of COVID-19 caused by the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 are associated with several blood parameters. In this report we investigate the relation between COVID-19 susceptibility to the gender, ABO blood, patient’s age and blood parameters. Blood samples of 50 patients were analysed for five months to detect ferritin, D- dimer, CR Protein, W. BCs count, COVID -19 IgM and COVID-19 IgG.

Cryoglobulins (CGs) are a cold precipitating abnormal immunoglobulins. The incidence of hepatitis B was discovered to be greater in age groups (46-55 years) relative to othe age groups. CGs were detected in 50 (33.3%) out of 150 patients with Hepatitis B. Three types of CGs precipitation nature were identified. Gelatinous (76%), flocculate (20%), and crystallineous (4%). No relation was found between patient’s age and CGs molecular physical properties. The cryocrit test of 50 serum samples revealed that CGs are characterized by their reversible precipitation at 4ºC between 12 hours to five days and solubility time at 37ºC ranged between half an hour and three hours.
