AbstractIn this research the electronic stopping power was calculated
theoretically by use modified Bethe-Bloch theory(Bloch's , Barkas and shell
corrections) . Protons and alpha particle loss energy were calculated in the
polymers (C2H4, C12H22O2N2 and C43H38O7) at energy range of [0. 3-
1000] MeV, The equations were programmed by using (MATLAB) language.
The calculations were compared with the practical results of the SRIM 2013
There is some Simple difference between practical and theoretical results. the
effect of Bloch is the highest in consistency with the practical results and the
Shell correction and Barkas correction values are convergent, but they move
away at the practical values from the beginning of the period to the range of
approximately 10MeV.

JournalEuropean Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine
AbstractIn this research , the energy loss of electronic to projected carbon, oxygen and protons were calculated in targets (Adipose tissue, Skeletal muscle, and Brain)With using Bohr equation and Bethe equation with Bloch correction and Shell correction at the energy range of (20_500) MeV . The calculations were compared with the experimental data of the SRIM 2012 .Since Bohr equation is classic, its results were a difference from the results of the practical program. As for Bethe's quantum equation, its results were Bloch correction that was closest to the practical program. As for the shell correction, it recorded a difference at specific energies and then began to approach with increasing range of used energy.

JournalJournal of University of Babylon for Pure and Applied Sciences
AbstractThe electronic stopping power of the proton reaction in the polymers C5H8O2, C2H3CL ,C2F4 for
the energy ranging between (20-10000) MeV was studied. Numerical calculations and analysis of the
results were carried out using the Matlab program for the Bohr and Beth equation and SRIM 2013
program. All theoretical and practical values and results are presented in graphs. The stopping time of
each polymer in protons was calculated

JournalJournal of University of Babylon
AbstractIn this research stopping power was calculated theoretically by using Bohr and Bethe theories. Protons and Carbon stopping power were calculated in Cobait ,Lead by using Bragg’s Rule for compounds. The equations were programmed by using (MATLAB) language. The values of shell corrections, using kinetic theory of energy range (10-1000) MeV have been calculated. The calculations were compared with the practical results of the SRIM 2013 and there were some differences between practical and theoretical results .

JournalAL-Qadisiyah Journal of pure Science
AbstractIn this study, the electronic stopping power of the falling electrons on the targeted elements (Beryllium, Titanium and Krypton) has been calculated at energy range of [0.01-1000] MeV and the results have been programmed with MATLAB program. The results were compared with the estar program and the results showed that they were well matched with the practical results.
In addition, the collisional stopping power of the falling positrons on the targeted element (Germanium and Silver) also has been studied at the same energy range. The results were compared with the results obtained by M.J. Berger and S.M. Seltzer and showed a good correlation from 0.06 to the end of the range that used.

AbstractIn this research , Line Spread Function (LSF) for elliptical aperture was studied, Also the effect of
Lorentzian illumination with different values of (Г), full width half maximum (FWHM), and Gaussian
illumination with different values of standard deviation were studied, In case of diffraction limited
system and with present of coma aberration . The results showed that the type of the filters reduce the
effect of coma aberration where the Strehl ratio is increasing and also the shifting of the function when
(ѱ=90) for coma aberration is decreasing.
