Sports biography:
_ She won the Iraqi Handball League for the year (2015) with the Najaf Girl Club in (Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf) Governorate.
_Kufa University team player (basketball _ volleyball _ futsal _ racket games) for four consecutive years.
_ Volleyball player for the girl club (Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf).
_ She represented the University of Kufa in the Iraqi Universities Volleyball Championship and won first place in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate (2009).
She represented the University of Kufa in the Iraqi Universities Volleyball Championship and won third place in Karbala Governorate (2011).
_ She represented the University of Kufa in the Iraqi Universities Futsal Championship and won first place in Babil Governorate (2012).
_ She represented the University of Kufa team in the Iraqi Universities Championship with racket games and won first place in Wasit Governorate (2016).
_ I represented the Baghdad University team in the Iraqi Universities Volleyball Championship, and we ranked first in Kirkuk Governorate (2018).
Scientific biography:

2- The effectiveness of an educational field in developing coordination, motor balance, and the accuracy of the blocking skills and defending the court with the ball. (The first researcher was Afrah Baqer Abdel-Jalil), Al-Mustaqbal College 2020-2021.
3- An analytical study of the obstacles to the practice of futsal by female students. (The first researcher was Afrah Baqer Abdel-Jalil), Al-Mustaqbal College 2022-2023.
4- Job involvement and its relationship to the spirit of challenge for volleyball coaches from the players' point of view. (The first researcher was Afrah Baqer Abdul Jalil) University of Baghdad / College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls 2019-2020.

Teaching the skill of volleyball: Before starting to teach the skills and strategies of the game of volleyball, the teacher must understand how to teach the novice players. Teaching the basic skills is a process that can measure progress and goals that change due to the improvement in the level of skill performance. Both the teacher and the teacher must participate in the learning. And the student, and that the role of the teacher is to ensure that learning is appropriate for students and they enjoy the impulse towards the game, and they must know why in the game of volleyball and why train different skills and what are the expectations of the goals of students participating in the educational units, when these variables are clearly understood and accepted, when taking Learning the right way
