Authors Abaas Asfore Lafta , Abbas Makki Hamzahb, Ahmed Ibrahim Mahdi Alzurfi
JournalInternational Journal of Innovation, Creativity and Change
Abstract

is study highlights the possibility of achieving comprehensive development in Iraq and the requirements of success for the Iraqi economy through a deductive analytical approach. In spite of negative contracts that were passed in Iraq and the devastation that resulted in the Iraqi economy, there is cause for great optimism in achieving economic renaissance. The results of the study reveal that this optimism is because of a number of components and supports, including the great potential and the existence of a rich natural and human resource base that gives Iraq the ability to achieve a real economic renaissance. In addition, the development of scientific approaches can help in utilising these capabilities and resources. The results also indicate the existence of sincere responsible authorities who are able to mobilise and assemble appropriate plans and policies to achieve the supreme goal of the Iraqi economy, and the need to do this amidst newly industrialised economies away from the dangers of a backward mono economy. Key words: Comprehensive Development, Success Requirements, Iraqi Economy, Economic Development.

consumption and sociological interpretation of the economic problem in Iraq

Authorsabaas asfore lafta

Abstract

ABSTRACT Iraq is generally regarded one of the cradles of human civilization. Several thousand years before the Christian Era city-states thrived there, based on irrigated agriculture. Today, Iraq has unfortunately become a synonym for repression, violence, and war, especially following the three large-scale wars which were fought by and against the country within a period of 25 years. Relations in Iraq remain unstable to this day.The 2003 invasion of Iraq by the American-led coalition was a turning point in Iran-Iraq relations, altering not only the balance of power in the region but also giving Tehran unprecedented freedom to exercise power in Iraq. For the last two decades, Iraq has been seen as the ‘client state’ of the Islamic Republic, but this situation is starting to change. In the 20th century the growing urban middle class became increasingly affluent, as Iraq’s oil wealth grew dramatically. From the early decades until the end of the 1980s, Iraq’s entertainment industry boomed. This occurred not only during the period of the monarchy, but also during several following presidencies. While these governments all suppressed freedom of expression, they nevertheless considered national culture useful for promoting nationalist aspirations.

ECONOMIC REALITY OF LOW INCOME GROUPS OF IRAQ BETWEEN THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL POLICY AND COUNTER MECHANISMS.

Authorsدكتور عباس عصفور, دكتور رزاق ذياب // جامعة المثنى
Journaljournal of advanced research in dynamical control systems
Abstract

Explanations of the current violence and instability in Iraq range from ethnic rivalries to insufficient troop levels. The Coalition Provisional Authority's abrupt liberalization of prices and markets aimed to improve efficiency in the allocation of resources and to expand output, yet resultant joblessness has promoted insecurity, which, in turn, has reduced Iraq's already low capacity to absorb investments, essential for transition. Moreover, Coalition measures have reinforced public anxiety about the arbitrary nature of markets, underlining the historically uncertain character of property rights and ironically fuelling resistance to future reform. People-centered approaches, structured around a guaranteed public employment scheme, offer an alternate economic path. The process of identifying the philosophy of the economic system and orientations and defining the role of the state in economic management and policies is extremely important and necessary in Iraq. The research found that the policy of economic reform implemented by the Iraqi government could not achieve high economic growth rates and stable guarantees for development but created economic improvement in some economic indicators in limited periods. The existence of a pre-2003 economic philosophy a clear guarantee of the achievement of economic development after 2003 resulted in policies and programs of economic reform being instituted. These achieved some positive results by reducing inflation and stabilizing the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar and the high value and high volume of foreign exchange reserve. The country’s GDP has witnessed improvements by increasing oil exports. However, the contribution of other economic sectors except oil continued to contribute to the formation of low-GDP ratios. The economic reforms which have been adopted by the Iraqi governments in recent years and to explain the strategy of the economic reform programs for achieving economic development in Iraqi economic sectors. These suffer from underdevelopment and not keeping pace economically with the countries of the advanced capitalist world.

Abstract

Abstract: The Iraqi economy is one of the prominent rentier economies, as it depends largely on oil sector revenues as a major source of hard currency. This has resulted in a set of impacts on the general economy, as the growth of public revenues in the federal budget of the state and the gross domestic product depends on the fluctuations of crude oil prices in the global market, which in turn affects oil revenues. In addition, these fluctuations directly affect the management of public spending by the state, making it difficult to reduce it. There is still an ongoing debate about the causes and motives of these fluctuations. Accordingly, the Iraqi government faces great difficulties in preparing the state's general budget, if there is a decrease in oil revenues. Hence, the necessity of diversifying sources of public revenues in the federal budget and supporting and developing other economic sectors in Iraq that are suffering from an almost complete halt at the present time, and benefiting from them in financing the general budget revenues, in addition to getting rid of or reducing dependence on oil sector revenues.

Abstract

1-Economic opinions and ideas about the idea of monetary neutrality and its role in market stability are one of the important pillars of economic research, given that these ideas give the real dimensions of everything related to this idea and the importance of applying it at certain times and avoiding applying it at other times. Perhaps economic thinkers have surrounded this idea with everything necessary in order to give economic research in the field of the market an important space to put a set of options available from the monetary authority on the one hand and the government on the other hand. On this basis, the research reached a set of results that can be summarized:The volume of production is determined according to the classical hypothesis by real factors, represented by the amount of real means of production available in the economy, whether natural or human, and the volume of production is always at the level of comprehensive use, and any level below that does not exist. They based their hypothesis on Say's law, where the supply of goods and services creates demand for them, meaning that the volume of goods and services is constant at the level of comprehensive use and only in the long run.
