Abstract The formation of saccharine derivatives [1-15] is obtained by reaction of saccharine with carbonyl –containing compounds (ketone, aldehyde , ester , di ester ) or with amide compounds (alkyl di amine , Aryl di amine ), some of steps involved mannich reaction and aldol reaction to synthesis of new open chain compounds which represented ( amides , alkene , sulphone derivatives , amines derivatives, esters , ethers ) . All newly synthesized compounds [1-16] were characterized by (elemental analysis , FT.IR , H.NMR)- spectroscopic analysis & melting points .
