A new system was designed using a column filled with beads (silica gel) properties to determination Paracetamol (PCT) using a reagentN-bromosuccinimide (NBS) the reaction is done according to the process of oxidation and reduction ,the wavelength was determined atλmax 507 nm, It was studied physical and chemical variables of the reaction such as such as the rate of flow and weight beads and study the effect of reaction time and effect of the reaction coil length , It has been found that the optimal concentration of hydrochloric acid 0.5 mol/L and KBr2% and the methyl orange concentration (8 × 10-4 ) mol/L and NBS (0.05) mol/L ,andstudy the volume of methyl orange,the detection limit was (3readings) where the value was equal to 0.046875 mg /L , the technique has been successfully applied to estimate PCT in multiple pharmaceutical samples .
