astudy was done to instigate the ability of Psudomonas fluorescens to antagonize and inhibit the growth of some kinds of pathogenic bacteria like pseudomonas aeruginosa,Ecoli,Shigella dysenteriae,klebsiella pnumoniae.staphylococcus aureus,streptococcus pyogenes, it was found that pseudomonas fluorescens grow in Kings Bbroth and nutrient broth had high efficiency to inhibit growth of all kinds of pathogenic by cross streaking method and to inhibit all kind of bacteria except Ecoli by disc agar method antimicrobial susceptibility test was done using Norflooxcin,Ciprofloxacin,Ceftazidime,Enrofloxacin showed high active against pseudomonas fluorescens while the bacteria was resistant toward Rifaampicin.Amikacin,Chloromphenicol,Amoxicillin and Nalidixiic acid
