This paper deals with the study and analysis of the impact of both types of context in the speeches of Imam Hassan (peace be upon him) was the search section on two themes: the first topic we studied the linguistic context is any circumstances surrounding the text when production of the recipients of various social situationsThe second part, we have studied the effect of the linguistic context in which the imposition of specific techniques and appeared to say through the appropriate structures to each and sentences so as to enhance the impact and do shows in the text of the sermonFind a group of our findings through analysis and exploration of the manifestations of Influence of context in the speeches, and the seal مقدمة:إن أي خطاب مهما اختلفت توجهاته وتعددت أنماطه ,يظل نسيجا لغويا يقوم على مرتكزات نصية هي بمثابة المحددات لقصديته ، وهي الكاشفة عن جوانب البلاغة ، والقدرة على التوصيل والإبلاغ الذي هو هدف أي منشئ لنص خطابي ، فضلا عن أن الخطاب لا ينشأ في فراغ زماني أو مكاني ,فهو محكوم بما يدعى السياق الذي هو قسمان: هما السياق اللغوي والسياق المقامي – سيقف البحث عندهما- ليكشف أثرهما في النص الخطابي للإمام الحسن ( عليه السلام) الذي اهتم البحث بدراسة بعض من خطبه ، محاولا إبانة هذا التأثير والدلالة على أماكن فعله في النص الخطابي ,إذ لا يخفى أن خطب الإمام الحسن (عليه السلام) قد ولدت من رحم معاناة اجتماعية وسياسية خطيرة مر بها الواقع الإسلامي ، حين اختل التوازن الاجتماعي ,وتغيرت النفس البشرية آنذاك ,تبعا لمقتضيات فرضت بعضا منها ، واستجاب بعض من الناس لها طوعا وطمعا
