A simplified program to empower young people From participating in the manufacture of public policy of the state
A simplified program to empower young people From participating in the manufacture of public policy of the state So that young people can effectively contribute to the building of the state's public policy. Because they are the living force of innovation, the influential worker, the important human resource and the main partner in building state policies and developing their development plans. Ignoring this fact is very detrimental to the state and delays its development paths. So the program will be in several axes. The first axis: Definition of the general policy of the state. The second axis: how to form a vision on the general issues of interest to the citizen and the state, which is the nucleus of public policy (how to acquire the knowledge and tools needed to diagnose a problem, analyze the current state policy, identify its shortcomings, conduct comparisons with international experiences in the same field, And in the end to submit practical and realistic proposals to solve the problem or mitigate it). The third axis: How to create the general policy of the state (techniques and steps to prepare the policy paper and how to successfully promote the policy paper). The fourth axis: Presenting proposed models of policy papers that contain some general issues. Problems are formulated in a policy paper.
