| At the invitation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), professor. Ahmed Obais Neima al-Fatlawi participated as an arbitrator in the final round of the second regional competition for mock trials, Which was held in Beirut on 27-28 March 2019, under the auspices of the Regional Delegation of ICRC and with the broad participation of legal teams from Arab Universities from Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Algeria, Sudan, Libya, Palestine, Tunisia and Jordan. Experts and judges.
At the end of the competition, the head of the regional delegation of the ICRC gave a certificate of participation as an arbitrator to Dr. Ahmed Abis Ne'ma Al-Fatlawi.
