| The experts shall comment on the provisions of the Convention in accordance with the principle of peer review. The comments shall be compiled at the beginning of 2019 and will publish by the International Committee of the Red Cross as a assistance source to States and in their contemporary practices and for international bodies ,like Criminal tribunal courts |
