| General Information
The most important Scientific Achievements were in obtaining a bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Babylon in 1997, and then obtained a Master's degree (L.L.M) in public law from the same university in 2000, and in 2012 obtained a doctorate in Public Law from the Higher Institute of doctorate of Laws and Political Science, Administrative and Economic Sciences of the Lebanese University. In 2017 obtained a Diploma in International Humanitarian Law from the Geneva Institute of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. In 2018 , ICRC chose me as the first Iraqi academic To review and comment on the Third Geneva Convention of 1949, as well as got the first winner in Scientific competition which lunched by the International Committee of the Red Cross for Arab experts to preparation of specialized researches on International Criminal Law.
